API
Our APIs support bidirectional interfaces and content, and enable you to connect to CRM, ERP and help desk systems. We work with SAP, Oracle, Priority, Microsoft Dynamics, Service Now, Salesforce, sugarCRM and even legacy AS/400 Mainframes. AAG Mobile integrates with real-time databases, as well as non-real-time databases, such as Excel flat files.

DATABASE
The AAG Mobile database is Microsoft SQL. All our technology is the most advanced that is available and we implement concepts such as RPD, load balancing and very high system availability. All data belongs to the customer and it is not held or retained by AAG Mobile.

SECURITY
The AAG Mobile systems has multiple layers of security including a software and hardware firewall, SSL encryption and external vendors are charged with managed attempts to hack the system and commit identity theft. All threats are treated as high alerts and the security team is available around the clock to protect your users and our reputation.
